Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased, given away to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility. Seller must be notified if cat is to be resold or given away. Seller retains the right to have first option of re-adoption in the event a home no longer can be provided. This cat is to be kept indoors and not allowed outdoors unsupervised. If this cat is neglected or mistreated, purchaser agrees to surrender said cat to Seller unconditionally with no reimbursement. Purchaser will provide this cat with annual veterinary check ups and vaccinations as needed. LIMITED WARRANTY: We guarantee the health of our kittens Purchaser is responsible for a veterinarian health check with in 72 hours of possession to confirm cat is in good health (at purchaser’s expense). If veterinary determines that the cat is unhealthy, it may be returned to Seller who will either refund the purchase price or (if desired) return cat to purchaser in a “well” condition. These requests MUST accompany a letter from your veterinarian stating why the cat’s health is in question. Seller is not responsible for any expenses (veterinary or otherwise incurred by Purchaser). This kitten must be altered before six months of age.
